What will you be working on?

As an HVAC technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a team that has good collaboration between competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.

Your tasks as an HVAC technician include, among other things:

  • Technical troubleshooting and repairs within HVAC
  • Preventive maintenance and functional checks
  • Service within heating, water, and drainage systems
  • Installation, reconstruction, and adaptation of HVAC systems in industrial properties
  • Analysis of flows, temperatures, pressures, and system functions
  • Work with the property's technical HVAC systems and their functions
  • Use of superior operating systems as support during troubleshooting
  • Actions in facilities where multiple technical systems interact

Who are you?

You are an initiative-taking and goal-oriented team player with the courage to make decisions to advance in your work. You are a confident and social person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and has positive and attentive communication with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors. You work in a structured and meticulous manner.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in technical HVAC service, troubleshooting, and installation
  • Basic understanding of control and monitoring systems related to HVAC
  • Works in a structured, independent, and methodical way
  • Good understanding of heating, water, and drainage systems in larger facilities
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
  • Good understanding of English

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Work experience in operational technology
  • Experience in electricity, control and regulation, ventilation and cooling, HVAC technical facilities
  • Training in scissor lift, fall protection training, forklift license, hot work, facility management, or other relevant areas

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Employment rate: 100%
  • Working hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
  • Start date: By agreement
  • Probationary period: 6 months
